| Golf is a challenging sport, and like any sport, the better you are the more fun you have. Practice makes perfect and the Presidio Golf Course DRIVING RANGE is the most convenient facility in San Francisco. We have a large driving range and we are also proud to offer a 6-hole practice putting green and chipping green. |

Our DRIVING RANGE is a popular destination for quality practice time. Just 10 minutes from downtown and open 7 days a week it is easy to include a visit into your week! Please call the Golf Shop for scheduled hours 415-561-4661 x4. Our excellent team of PGA professionals and instructors are always available to assist with helpful hints and suggestions as you develop your skills. For individual instruction, our Pros and Instructors provide top quality instruction to the beginning, intermediate, or advanced golfer of any age. Group instruction is also available through a variety of clinics offered at the DRIVING RANGE. These clinics are a great way to learn the basics in a relaxed group environment. Putting and Chipping The Presidio practice center also boasts excellent putting and chipping practice greens to improve your short game and take serious strokes off your round. To keep our practice greens in good shape we must rotate use between the two greens. A practice green will be open from sunrise fo sunset seven days a week (weather permitting).
